In October, Shapoorji Pallonji group bought a 3.2-acre land parcel in Mulund from Shapoorji Lifestyles for Rs 153 crores. This plot is located adjacent to Shapoorji Pallonji Hills Mulund existing residential project in the suburb. The project will kick off from Mulund and will cover cities like Mumbai, Ahmadabad, Pune, NCR, Chennai, and Bangalore in the first phase. The project size in this project will be minimum Rs. 20 lakh per unit to Rs. 45-50 lakh. In Mumbai, the project price will start from Rs. 30-35 lack. The company will develop affordable housing Mulund in Mumbai.

With out key focus on technology and ability to deliver, we aim to bridge the gap between the buyers aspiration and houses offered. We expect to complete the land acquisition by next 18 months. Under this project, amenities will include standard sanitation, adequate water and power supply, and provision of community spaces.
